I offer psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families. My goal as a therapist is to assist the people I work with in getting to know deeper or unknown parts of themselves.
I believe that growth comes through continued learning and acceptance. Sometimes, a challenging first step is finding the courage to seek out support. A catalyst for this can be a transition, a realization of a pattern, or a growing sense that one’s past is influencing their present.
Through continued openness and curiosity I work to provide a non-judgemental space, where I encourage my patients to give voice to all parts of themselves. I’m influenced by a variety of different psychological theories and techniques including depth and archetypal psychology, psychodynamic therapy, systems theory and somatic experiencing.
