I offer psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families. My goal as a therapist is to assist the people I work with in getting to know deeper or unknown parts of themselves.
I believe that growth comes through continued learning and acceptance. Sometimes, a challenging first step is finding the courage to seek out support. A catalyst for this can be a transition, a realization of a pattern, or a growing sense that one’s past is influencing their present.
Through continued openness and curiosity I work to provide a non-judgemental space, where I encourage my patients to give voice to all parts of themselves. I’m influenced by a variety of different psychological theories and techniques including depth and archetypal psychology, psychodynamic therapy, systems theory and somatic experiencing.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
Working With Me
Every person is unique as is their therapeutic process. At the start of the work I’m often thinking about both the initial reasons the person decided to start therapy as well as narratives and images that arise from this choice. In an effort to make sense of this, together, we look at what is happening in both the dream and waking life. Throughout the process of looking inward, additional inquiries may float to the surface, which we continue to explore. To learn more about my style, feel free to reach out for an initial intake call.

Mental Health Information
In addition to providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families, I also facilitate and contribute to discussions regarding mental health.
I am an out-of-network provider, and do not accept insurance at this time. Many insurance companies give out-of-network reimbursements for mental health services. I provide a monthly superbill (itemized receipt of services) as needed.
Getting Started
After an initial consultation over the phone to see if we would be a good fit for working together, we will generally meet at least once a week for sessions.
I currently provide both in person and remote sessions.
